He retired from racing a year or two ago and worked at USPS as director of their American program. That is the job he is now leaving, saying, "I really liked directing the American program. The only problem is that the USPS team does not care very much about racing in America, they concentrate mostly in Europe. In 2003 I will not be with the USPS team, again they decided to change the pay scale by 50% and informed me of this decision at the start of December. It's a great organization but I don't always agree with the way they handle certain circumstances. "

langsam frag ich mich was das wird sie haben nen neuen co-sponsor also müssten sie geld haben aber sie verkleinern ihren kader bieten ihrem direktor für Amerika nur sehr wenig geld.....Für mich heisstd as,das sie nächstes jahr in den USA so gut wie keine rennen mehr fahren werden also das Labbe und Ventura noch mehr auf sich gestellt sind als eh schon.Zum anderen befürchte ich das USPS bald als hauptsponsor zurücktritt so sieht es für mich jedenfalls aus sie werden immer mehr zu einem europäischen team guckt mans ich die ganzen anderen amerikanischen Teams an so muß man sagen das die bei rennen in den USA um einiges stärker sind.....
