Daumen runter! "Team Stayer"

Wim von Cycling4all gibt seinen Senf dazu:

note of Cycling4all: Now nearly all riders, who were named for or contracted by Stayer went to other teams, we perhaps may conclude that this whole "Stayer-affair" was just an "air-bubble".
Last year, the Formula I team Minardi never received their sponsor money from this company (more details) and based on that experience we have published several times our "question marks" behind this possible sponsor.
Now the ex-ONCE team; the Beloki-brothers and later also Bankgiroloterij PLUS several riders have experienced that their negociations with Stayer were without any result.
Last year we had the Coast-affair and now this one. It becomes time that also the UCI tries to get some "grip" on the reliability of this kind of potential sponsors which are in any case "no promotion" for the sport in all its aspects. Perhaps they have or had the right intentions, the final result however was (very) negative.
