Falls Kelme das GS-I Lizenz nicht bekommt, wird das Team aufgelöst. Und 2 Teile Dokumentationen fehlen noch.

I think that we have fulfilled. In its day we presented/displayed endorsement and a sponsorship letter in which the Kelme became position of all the budget. But the UCI wants it of another way. I hope that they can hope, but am worried. If we lowered we would have to undo the equipment. We cannot maintain a so high budget to only be able to compete in races of second row.

Quiles still trusts that the UCI hopes to them, but Vicente Belda, was still more pessimistic: I smell the worse thing. The UCI is learned lesson of cases as the Coast and the Pretty McCartney and I am afraid that they are going to be inflexible. To them it gives them just as we are in First or Second, which they do not want is problems. I know that Quiles is arranged to dissolve the equipment and if is thus, forty people, between cyclists, technicians and aids we will be in the street. And to see who at this point finds a new equipment with all the groups already closed? Perhaps Valverde, Rubén Seat, that has maillot of champion of Spain... and few more. And if the Kelme by causes of papeleos disappears, somebody must be the culprit. To see if today it happens a miracle and the UCI is taken pity of us, although I am afraid that no.

Das klingt ganz anders als vor Wochen, wo es so dargestellt wurde, als habe man doch keine Probleme die Lizenz zu erhalten.... oder will man mit der Drohung der Teamauflösung versuchen die Entscheidung der UCI zu beeinflussen?

Also dieses "die Feiertage haben mich aufgehalten" klingt doch verdammt nach Dahms' Karnevalsausrede. Da muss die UCI ja fast negativ reagieren, sonst verliert sie wirklich ihre Glaubwürdigkeit.

Schon damals hätten die Unterlagen streng genommen komplett sein müssen....

And they are already speculating that Valverde will go to Libery or Saeco.

Es wird nur vermutet, dass Kelme zu den Teams gehört... aber so weit ist es noch nicht... und wenn, dann ist das Fehlverhalten hausgemacht.

Wenn die Unterlagen bis heute vorliegen müssen (reicht denn auch 08.01. 23:59 Uhr?), dann wäre es kaum möglich die Unterlagen noch komplett zu prüfen (wird ja von externen Wirtschaftsprüfern gemacht) und das Ergebnis zu verkünden.... anders wäre es gewesen wenn die Teams die Unterlagen schon Tage vor der Deadline eingereicht hätten wie z.B. Fassa. Ich bin wirklich gespannt, ob einem Team die Lizenz verweigert wird, als erzieherische Maßnahme und als Vorbereitung auf die Professionalisierung wäre das bei Nichterfüllen der Auflagen sicher eine richtige Entscheidung, auch wenn es mir um die Fahrer und das Team leid täte. aber noch einen Fall Coast sollte man vermeiden.

Wenn ein oder zwei Teams keine Lizenz bekommen, wer steigt dann auf? Dann haben ja noch mehr GS 2 Teams die Chance... dann hoffen wir mal auf morgen und dass bis dahin alles geprüft ist.

Ich habe in den Berichten gelesen, dass Relax-Bergasol sich größere Hoffnung macht - und falls tatsächlich noch ein Team, dann haben wir ja doch vielleicht drei deutsche Teams in der GS I ...Spaß beiseite, dann bliebe meines Wissens auch noch Atlas-Hoop-Polsat

Wim hält der UCI vor die eigenen Regeln erneut zu ignorieren.... beim ersten mal (20.12.) konnte ich ihm noch zustimmen, aber dieses Mal sehe ich es anders, da heute Deadline für die Einreichung war und die UCI nie gesagt hatte, Tag der Deadline = Tag der Bekanntgabe?

Nach den UCI Regeln hätte es zwar diese Fristverlängerung nicht geben dürfen, aber irgendwie bin ich froh, dass man den Teams nochmal die Gelegenheit gegeben hat nachzubessern, denn bei einigen war es sicher Nachlässigkeit. Nur sollte die uCI jetzt auch konsequent sein, wenn die Unterlagen nicht komplett sind oder nicht den Auflagen entsprechen; das gilt selbstverständlich auch für mein zweites Lieblingsteam, auch wenn ich mir das natürlich nicht wünsche.
